Privacy Policy
Vertacall (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds a unified calling platform for call centers and sales organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use landingpage.vertacall.net, why we collect it, and what your choices are.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Prompts you type into our “vibe-coding” input box. We use these to generate a sample campaign draft and may store them to improve our product.
- Your email address when you submit it to unlock additional builds or contact us.
- Any other content you voluntarily send us in an email or form (e.g., your phone number, company name).
Information we collect automatically
- Approximate IP address, hashed (SHA-256) and stored only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.
- Browser and device metadata from your User-Agent string (e.g., “macOS,” “iOS”), used to understand basic device mix.
- Request logs (timestamps, paths, response codes) for the standard operation and security of the site.
2. How we use it
- To run the “vibe-code” demo (your prompt is sent to a large-language-model provider so the campaign draft can be generated).
- To save the build associated with your email so we can follow up with you about Vertacall.
- To notify our team (via SMS to a Vertacall operator) when a new lead is captured.
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
- To improve the product, including by reviewing prompts and outputs in aggregate.
3. Service providers we share data with
We use a small number of third-party providers strictly to operate the site. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
- Anthropic, PBC — receives your typed prompt for the sole purpose of generating a campaign draft. See Anthropic’s privacy policy at anthropic.com.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the site (Workers + KV) and provides DDoS protection. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- ClickSend Pty Ltd — used to send an internal SMS to a Vertacall operator when you submit your email. ClickSend does not receive your email content. See clicksend.com/privacy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. How long we keep it
- Captured leads (your email, prompt, and generated draft) are retained until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 24 months, whichever comes first.
- Rate-limit records (hashed IP) expire automatically after 24 hours.
- Saved campaign drafts (without your email) expire automatically after 30 days.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing legal@vertacall.net. If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, the EU/EEA (GDPR), the UK, or any jurisdiction with similar law, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in either.
6. Children
Vertacall is built for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email legal@vertacall.net and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, hashed IPs, encrypted credentials, and least-privilege access. No internet system is 100% secure, but we treat your data as if it were ours.
8. International users
Vertacall is operated from the United States. By using the site you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S., where data protection law may differ from your home country.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any material changes.
